Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg, Twinsburg

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, albeit needing a bit of a deeper clean. Despite some pressure to prioritize vacated rooms, they were overall clean and attractive. The service was exceptional, with the staff being positive, friendly, and efficient across all areas. The location was convenient, clean, and accommodating, making it easy to access. However, the dining experience, though above average in quality, was expensive and somewhat mismanaged. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money.

The hotel is situated in a great location with a view of a roof and is very clean and convenient. The rooms offer a mini fridge and a Keurig, but unfortunately, they do not have adjustable louvers to prevent air from blowing while working at the desk. The request for adjoining rooms or a ground floor location was not fulfilled. The dining experience receives two thumbs up with a clean and well-needed hot tub, however, the made-to-order meals by a chef come with an additional fee. The facilities are modern and quiet while the pricing is a bit above average.

After long days on the road, the hotel was what I needed: spacious, clean, attractive rooms with comfortable beds. The service was top-notch, with friendly and polite staff always ready to help. The location was ideal, close to everything in Cleveland, Twinsburg, Hudson, and Solon. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-kept, and overall, it was a great value for money.
